Location
Our clinic is located at 2500 Main Street (the cross street is Rodney). We have a front entrance on Main Street and a rear entrance with parking available behind the building for your convenience. Detailed travel instructions are available when you make your appointment.

From Canada:
Take the QEW Southwest to Fort Erie. Cross the Peace Bridge and travel LEFT to Porter Avenue (Rt. 266 South). DO NOT TAKE I-190! At the first light turn LEFT onto Porter Avenue. Go five more lights and 2 blocks and turn LEFT on Jersey Street. Take Jersey Street to Richmond Avenue and turn LEFT. go to the 2nd stoplight (Utica Street) and turn RIGHT. Proceed to the fourth traffic light and turn LEFT onto Main Street. Stay on Main Street for several miles to 2500 Main Street. turn LEFT into the parking lot behind the clinic.

From Rochester and East:
Take Interstate 90 WEST. Exit at 51W (Buffalo, Rt. 33 West). After approximately 4-5 miles, exit at Rt. 198 (Scajacquada Expressway). Once on #198, bear right immediately at the sign for Rt. 5 East Main Street. Turn RIGHT at the light, and proceed 7/10 mile to 2500 Main Street. Turn LEFT (at the light) into the drive (to the left of our building) and go to the parking lot located behind the clinic.

From Erie and West:
Take Interstate 90 EAST...Exit at 51W (Buffalo, Rt. 33 West). After approximately 4-5 miles, exit at Rt. 198 (Scajacquada Expressway). Once on #198, bear right immediately at the sign for Rt. 5 East Main Street. Turn RIGHT at the light, and proceed 7/10 mile to 2500 Main Street. Turn LEFT (at the light) into the drive (to the left of our building) and go to the parking lot located behind the clinic.

Arriving by bus from outside Buffalo:
You will arrive at the Metro Transportation center in downtown Buffalo. When leaving the front of the station, turn RIGHT onto N. Division Street and walk 2 blocks to Main Street. Turn RIGHT and walk 1/2 block to Metro Rail Church Street Station. After purchasing a ticket for $1.20 (price subject to change) and boarding OUTBOUND train, remain on train until the Amherst Station. Once on Main Street, turn RIGHT and walk approximately 2 blocks to 2500 Main Street.
